The Ruge r LCP II Tungsten/Black chambered in 22LR incorporates all of the popular characteristics of its 380ACP big brother into a convenient package for training or plinking, as well as a few new ones. The LCP II in 22LR utilizes refined slide serrations, pronounced cocking ears, and a lighter recoil spring are all part of the Lite Rack system. This pistol uses a recessed hammer and integral sights which are machined into the slide. A magazine disconnect, a neutrally balanced sear, and a hammer catch prohibit the weapon from firing unless the trigger is pushed are all part of the new safety features the Ruger LCP II uses. The LCP II 22LR includes a manual thumb safety and Ruger's Secure Action fire control, which provides a stable pull, precise break, and positive tactile reset on the trigger. Of course at its heart this is still an LCP II with the same great textured grip and fire control systems you already know and love. With a 10+1 capacity and the low recoil and cost of 22LR, this ultra compact firearm is perfect for inexpensive training or just plinking in the back yard.
