Store Pickup

Florida Gun Exchange is now offering a Local Store pick-up option for our Florida residents. When checking out you will see this option as an alternative to the normal shipping method. 

Please be advised: Like any other order placed through the site, items are not allocated for your order until payment has been received and PAID IN FULL. Keep this in mind if you plan to use a payment method such as Money Order/Cashier's Check. 

Cancellation:

If you do not pick up your order within 2 weeks of order placement the items will be returned to stock and your order will be cancelled. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee should you fail to pick up your order within this 2 week timeframe. 

Processing Times: 

Please allow up to 24 hours before stopping in to pick up your order. You will be alerted via phone and email once your order is ready for pick up, so please make sure your contact information on the order is correct. 

Returns:

Upon order pick up please inspect the items fully and DO NOT accept if there is any manufacturer issue. Once the items are in your possession we can not guarantee a return or refund in full. Should there be an extenuating circumstance with your purchased items, you have up to 30 days to contact us regarding the issue, after this timeframe no returns will be considered.
