Mossberg has expanded its popular MC2 lineup with a new subcompact 9mm... the MC2sc. Double-stack magazines provide a slim, compact profile that offers 11+1/14+1 or 10+1 capacity, and an optics-ready slide allows easy direct mounting of Micro Dot optics.

Mossberg’s revolutionary STSTM (Safe Takedown System).* The user unloads the firearm (removing the magazine, and clearing and locking the action open), and then removes the striker assembly prior to removing the slide as instructed. Unlike competitive products, an MC2sc user is not required to pull the trigger in order to disassemble the handgun for routine cleaning and maintenance.

The flat-profile MC2sc Trigger (approx. 5.5 lbs. pull) has an integrated blade safety, a short, tactile reset
and reduced overtravel. It features a crisp, clean break and smooth take-up. All MC2sc models have a reversible magazine release behind the trigger guard. 

Slim profile double-stack magazines and superior grip and palm swell ergonomics result in comfort and ease of concealability when needed. Every MC2sc comes with two magazines: an 11-Round Flush/14-Round Extended combination.

• Slides are 416 stainless steel, with Black DLC finish. Features angled serrations for positive slide manipulation. The optics-ready feature can be converted in minutes using a provided hex wrench.
• Sights are dovetail mounted, and come standard in a low-profile, snag-free White 3-Dot configuration.
