The single action Barkeep with fixed front and notched rear sights is great for back yard plinking, western reenactments, or just as a great conversation piece. The Barkeep features a simulated black oxide and case hardened steel finish. The Heritage Barkeep has a thumb safety located at the left rear of the frame that prevents the hammer from striking the cartridge until the shooter is ready to fire. The Barkeep is available with a variety of grip options. The hammer of this single action revolver has four positions - full down, a safety notch, a loading notch that lets the cylinder spin free, and a fully cocked position for firing.
