The DP-15 pistol from DPMS is a great all around ar-15 style pistol for range use and or self protection. The ar-15 style pistols are very popular due to the size and weight of the firearm mixed with the low recoil make it a great option for beginners and or people who are shy to recoil. This version of the DPMS DP-15 pistol line of AR style pistols includes the SB Tactical SBA3 brace. Having the brace allows the end user to attach the brace to the forearm and stabilize the firearm for more secure shooting of a pistol this size. This model features a 10.5 barrel and features the classic A2 front sight post with the classic M4 handguards with heat shields. FEATURES
Barrel: Chrome Moly steel. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, M4 barrel extension, and a carbine-length gas system. Barrel is finished off with a classic handguard, F-Marked gas sight base, and A2 flash hider.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized. Uppers include forward assist and dust cover. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.
Bolt: Full-auto profile bolt carrier group. Shot-peened, mil-spec Carpenter No. 158 steel bolt. Gas Key Hardened to USGI Specifications, Fastened with Grade 8 screws, and Staked Per Mil-Spec.
Lower: These forged lowers are quality made using 7075-T6 aluminum and are marked "MULTI" for caliber. Finish is hard coat anodized. Finished with a SB Tactical SBA3 and Buffer Tube. The fire control group is a Panther Polished Trigger, single-stage assembly.
