The first thing you'll notice when you get your knife is that the box is shaped like an AK-47 magazine (the name Kalashnikov comes from the Russian who designed the AK-47 assault rifle). This is the mini version of the popular Kalashnikov 74. Perfect size for smaller hands or lightweight pocket carry. Inside the box lays the knife- a beautiful piece of work. The knife features a black aluminum handle with molded finger grips. The design is thin, elegant and comfortable. The drop point blade is AUS-8 stainless steel with a bead blast finish. The action of this knife is first rate. The firing button is now flush with the handle to help prevent accidental opening.
