Furthering the legacy of the longstanding Adamas platform, the new 273 Mini Adamas is a stout tactical folder that upholds the tradition of rugged reliability set forth by it's full-sized predecessors. Despite it's trimmed build, the Mini Adamas is tough as nails with the introduction of CPM-CruWear, and a refreshing update to color configurations. This Adamas is as mighty as mini gets.
The Benchmade Mini Adamas features a CPM-CruWear (63-65) steel blade. CPM-CruWear (63-65) is one of the most used steels on the market among knife and tool manufacturers for its properties. CPM CruWear steel is one of the best knife steel that offers balanced performance in edge retention, corrosion and wear resistance. The drop-point blade has a slow convex-curved drop in the point which characterizes a drop-point blade. This blade format lowers the point for control but adds strength to the tip.
