The ATI Schmeisser S60 imported by American Tactical ATI) is a 60 round AR magazine designed specifically for 5.56 NATO/.223 REM by German arms manufacturer Schmeisser GmbH. The unique, patent pending design of the high capacity S60 avoids the awkward bulk associated with drum magazines for easier storage, transportation, and magazine swaps. This high capacity magazine features a unique follower system and high-tech German spring steel that allows for double capacity from a normal AR magazine without sacrificing reliability or portability. The ATI Schmeisser S60 provides increased capacity without the bulk of drum magazines by using a quad-stack design which allows for a more traditional AR magazine profile. These 60 round stick magazines are made from glass reinforced polymer for durability and feature a last round, bolt-hold-open integrated follower.

NOTE: This magazine is not designed for 300 blackout. The Schmeisser S60 was built specifically for .223REM or 5.56X45MM ammo only. Use of this caliber may introduce operational failures not covered by American Tactical's limited lifetime warranty.

Warning! - High Tension Spring - The Schmeisser S60 has a very powerful high tension spring. While the S60 is easy to disassemble and clean, please use caution when disassembling the magazine for maintenance. If not properly secured, spring may eject from magazine when floor plate is removed and can cause serious injury.
